REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

The most common cause of something being DOA is due to mishandling by the freight company. When you receive your delivery please inspect the boxes for any visible damage. If there is damage, please notify the driver and make a note on the con note. To make a claim with the freight company we usually need photos of the cartons when they arrive showing the damage. Please notify us within 24 hours if appear damaged and we will follow up with the freight company.

If the delivery appears to be in good condition when it arrived, however your notice there is some damage when setting up your equipment you have 5 days from receipt of the goods to notify us.


Faulty Goods

Please refer to our Warranty Information page for what is classified under the warranty. We usually need photographs displaying the problem so we may establish a solution such as the correct replacement part.

If we are unable to fix the problem for whatever reason we may be able to issue a new item as a replacement or if the item is superseded we could replace the item with the updated model which may be of greater, equal or lesser value depending on technological or economic change. If the fault is a major manufacturing fault then we may issue a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Rights.

Freight is considered a separate service. Expenses in returning an item falls upon the owner and refunds for the purchase price of an item excluding the freight component shall be completed only after the item has been received unharmed and complete with all components.

 

Change of Mind

We are one of the gym equipment companies who are willing to offer a refund for change of mind as we firmly believe you will love all of our products!

We can accept returns provided the goods are returned:

  • Complete (ie not parts missing)
  •  In “as new” condition
  •  In the original packaging
  •  Have proof or purchase

It is your responsibility to return the goods back to our warehouse at your own expense. Please contact us before any returns are made for returns approval. You have 14 days from date of purchase to return your goods due to change of mind and a 10% restocking fee applies as usually we need to sell the goods as second hand for a cheaper price.
